Big Bears room is here to care for those who are three years old, it’s a space where children can be celebrated for their achievements and feel supported when questioning and exploring the world around them.
We prepare children using a child led environment during their time with us before they movie onto school and begin their next adventure.
We encourage independence throughout the day, from encouraging children to lead their own snack times, pouring their drinks and clearing away after. Everything to children being able to explore and select their play within the environment, questioning and expanding on their knowledge in a supported, child led environment.
The staff team encourage children to resolve own conflicts, be resilient in their play and to be proud of what they accomplish. We respect and support every child and their individuality, ensuring we can offer the most from each and every day.
Children are supported throughout the environment using a range of resources which encourage both learning through current interests and expressing their own ideas.
